09-04-2016 · Perhaps upgrading your portal version can correct the problem. If not, and you exhaust every other possible option including firmware updates to PLC/HMI, you can create a new PLC/HMI in a new project, configure the connection and area pointers, then drag and drop all the configuration and blocks/tags to the new project.
