If you’re using a Telstra Smart Modem™ or Telstra Gateway Frontier®, you need to enter http://192.168.0.1 or http://mygateway/. Choose ‘Wi-Fi’ from the menu at the top of the screen. Enter your changes into the ‘Wi-Fi Name (SSID)’ and ‘Wi-Fi Security Key’ fields. Select ‘Apply’ to save the changes.

How do I troubleshoot my Telstra modem?

Enter 192.168.15.1 in the URL bar of your browser and press enter. Sign in with your username and password. If you are currently connected to that modem, you can use the default Username: admin and Password: Telstra. Navigate to the ‘advanced’ tab and the model number will be listed next to ‘hardware version’.

Solved: Cannot log into Telstra Smart modem - Telstra ...

Hi all, New modem, can't log into the modem to change some settings around and set wifi password. I have tried mutiple default passwords (admin/password/blank/telstra) but none worked. This is brand new device (or so I hope) I tried to do a full reset by holding down the reset button for 15secs til the lights went off.

Solved: Unable to Sign into modem - Telstra CrowdSupport ...

I changed how to sign in on modem web page (10.0.0.138). I unticked remember password. Now when i sign in, I get invalid username/ password. Have no problem signing into E/mail or my account. cheers . EDIT Modem is Telstra TG797v3
