20-08-2010 · If a f-Program is running Edit Ethernet node is not allowed. As in the shown sample it is very restricted to go online to the plc, because only 30 IP addresses are in thecorrect range. Set the PG to an accessible station (ip from 1 to 31) and download from HW-Config with new IP address or new Subnet.

14-01-2015 · Rating: (134) Hi, Both classic Step7 - Edit Ethernet node and Step7 TIA portal should be able to find your plc. You mention that you were running in a virtual pc. What you need to do is bind the netcard in a "Bridged" mode (not NAT). The browse method used by Step7 or PST tool is not routable so it will never find it if you use NAT network.
